Had a great experience in Gears today! Trish was working and talked us through a lot of information about bike locks and I was really impressed by the knowledge and excellent customer service. Kind, informative, genuine. Great stuff.
I was there twice this week to replace my brake pads and fix a problem with my tubeless tire valve. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Both times (to my surprise) my problem was fixed while I waited, and the second time, I wasn't charged!
I can't say enough good things about Gian at Gears Bike Shop in Toronto. I accidentally pulled the seat post out of my electronic shifting road bike, which disconnected the battery from the Di2 shifting system, and the connection was too short to connect on my side. We had flown into Toronto for a biking event. Even though the shop was incredibly busy, Gian immediately made time for us.
