Was riding from Niagara Falls to Toronto and around Burlington something bad was happening with my bike. Gears was the closest shop where I could get assistance. They took a look at it, did the repair that was needed and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. I'm very grateful that they were able to get me straightened out and saved me from calling someone for a ride home. I'm just sad I live so far away that I won't be able to give them much future business, but definitely recommend the people working in this shop.
For bike addicts it is a must.
Spectacular consulting to help me pick the perfect bike, not the most expensive bike. Very impressed with their sales and post-sales processes.
