Well I had to have a transmission for my Dodge pickup and I called around and everyone I called told me that they where over a month out. This Is my work truck and I needed it ASAP and Gearheads told me to bring it and let them look at it and see what they could. They ordered a transmission and I had it done basically in two weeks. Went in the shop 6/17 for an oil change, it was raining super hard and Chris ran outside to assist me twice with no issue and apologized for my short wait. I waited less than 10 minutes for a full service oil change and Chris also topped off my coolant and added Windshield wash free of charge and without me asking. Sam checked me out and was a stand-up man, he waited patiently for me to find a coupon and told me everything that got done on the car. Great team, both those guys deserve raises!
These guys are awesome. They took my concerns to heart. Solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Not the cheapest but definitely the best.
They took a great care of me and my car! I changed my oil at Walmart a couple of days ago and my oil pressure sensor started flashing whenever I am on idle or pushing the brakes. I was about to go on a long drive and my regular mechanics were in Chicago, so no way I was going to get there with the possibility of such problems, I was nearly panicking.
