Friendly staff, work was done on time but when paying with a credit card, there is a 3 percent surcharge added to the bill. Had I known this prior to coming in to get the vehicle, I would have brought my check book or debit card. It cost me an extra $64.00. Letting people know ahead of coming in to pay the bill that there will be a surcharge on credit card usage would certainly be nice.
Went in today for a driveshaft replacement. Pricing was fair, waiting was comfortable, and customer service was great. Just an all around 5 star experence!
I got stuck outside of Bloomington while coming back home to South Dakota on a road trip and got my Cadillac DTS towed here. Viva, Taylor and the team were lifesavers during my stressful situation and got me into their busy schedule without me having an appointment. They even made sure to follow my parts warranty to a T and make sure I was charged fairly. I would definitely go to them again. Thank you Gearheads!
Expensive and didn't really fix anything
