They explain and communicate in a timely manner. Give options on extent of possible repairs and the corresponding prices. They also educate me about warning signs, etc. Prices are reasonable.
(DONT GO TO THIS SHOP) my mother took her vehicle into the shop to have work done $600 for spark plugs come to find out they were never changed. We have paperwork from three years ago where S&S tire had done the same work and they’re the same spark plugs so they didn’t wanna argue about it so they just refunded our money so they didn’t have to talk to her about it. I can't say enough about Gearheads and how happy I am with my service! I was visiting from Alabama and these guys took care of me and my jeep like I was their next door neighbor. I needed to get back home and they fixed a bunch of things so I would be safe driving home. They got everything working and I made it home safe. Thank you Gearheads for being awesome and especially for understanding my tight timeline...I would definitely tell anyone and everyone to go there. Probably a great place to take your car if they can recognize you as someone who knows cars because they can’t rip you off as easily. The only thing I’d ever pay this place to do is the $45 inspection and I’d only do that to verify the drivability. They told me the van I got six months ago has an oil leak (it does) that would be about $4k to fix because it was so far back and hard to access.
