Tried Chris for a cvip on truck and trailer. His shop rate was low but hours per task were double as anywhere else. Number of items not even corrected as should be for cvip and some questionable work that was supposedly done. Truck was there for an eternity as well. Poor communication, lack of respect for the customer. Unless you know him personally I definitely wouldn't take the risk of bringing your equipment there. Two faced person who doesn't have the decency to talk to you like a man. I don't trust him.
My company uses gearhead for all of our heavy duty truck needs and repairs. Very knowledgeable, ticketed mechanics, who make sure problems and issues are addressed before they commence any work. Plus they adopted a shop cat that's become one of my favorite reasons to visit gearhead. If you need heavy duty trucks serviced and repaired. Gearhead is the place to go!
