Braian responded to my text asking for emergency support on a Sunday to help trouble shoot an electrical issue. Had all the right gear and knowledge to reset controls and find a fault in the wiring harness of a pair of Suzuki DF300AP motors. Was very impressed with the perseverance to find and fix the issue instead of just replacing parts until its fixed without knowing root cause. Was done in a few hours with everything running again.
