Gearhead is great! I've been a customer since they first opened (in the Pedro Point Shopping Center). Their customer service rocks, and they always go out of their way to help out the kids who want to get on a bike or skateboard. They support the community, and I love that they have an awesome female mechanic.

Such a wonderful and refreshing experience! I took my son’s bike there this weekend as it was having a few continual issues. They were awesome! They looked at it for FREE! It now runs great and no more squeaky noises! No pushy sales! I purchased new petals, although not recommended but definitely due for new ones. Matt was very informative as I inquired about an “upgrade” to his current bike. Loved the friendly neighborhood vibe of this store!
The only place in CA to buy a bike. Honest, hard working people who are not into this business to rip people off! Great customer service!
