Wish I could give a zero star rating! Not trustworthy. Lay off a valuable mechanic claiming he has no work then not even two weeks later puts a post about being slammed with work and needing mechanics. Be careful you could be next to be laid off!
Brought my 2013 Ram 3500 in to Gearhead for a turbo fault. Kyle and his team were able to check it and get ahold of my warranty company expeditiously. Once new turbo arrived, the guys worked quickly and efficiently to get my truck back to proper working order. Will definitely be coming back to them for any of my car repair needs!
Good friendly service work was completed in a timely manner waiting on parts was a pain but not the shops fault
Kyle was so friendly and honest. It was refreshing to work with a mechanic who was so transparent and understanding.
I was feeling a vibration in my vehicle and had taken it in to 2 other places 4 times asking about it. After becoming very frustrated and concerned that something bad was going to happen before figuring it out Gearhead was suggested by my son. Kyle listened to me and heard me. After doing some testing he found a published article on the known issue. He fixed it in an extremely timely manner and was very helpful throughout the process. I would strongly recommend Gearhead Autoworks to everyone.
