Excellent tuning and unmatched customer service. I had some initial issues with my custom files and got frustrated, thinking their calibrators had made an error. It quickly turned out that I had made a mistake on my original order form. Despite my frustration, the Gearhead team remained completely professional. They quickly sent over a revised tune to fix my mistake and didn't even charge me for the update, which they easily could have done. The truck runs flawlessly now.
