"Ninja Forms Revision"- don't waste your time or money with this company! Ignorant customer service who thinks it's funny when you have a major issue with their tune. I don't trust or recommend them to anyone! As far as I'm concerned, they took $700 and mocked me for asking for a revision to fix a shifting problem and I'm convinced that they don't read datalogs and just rename the tune file and call it a "revision". Thought by the reviews this place would be the place to go for my expensively built 6.0 Powerstroke. Right off the bat questions I had were not answered and emails are about three sentences or less. Filled out and paid for tow, reduced fuel, full fuel. Right off the bat reduced fuel tune smoked like a freight train and turbo lagged a whole bunch. Tried the tow tune and same thing. I love gearhead tunes! They've been very smooth for my 7.3. Less clattery than the Full Force Diesel tunes. I'm coming to gearhead from now on - their tunes are safe for your engine but they still know how to get ROWDY when you ask for it. And, when I messed up my controller and stopped in AFTER 5pm on a FRIDAY night, they still came right out and helped me get my Hydra fixed up so I could take a long road trip. HUGE fan
