I really don't like to write bad reviews and I had full intentions of writing a great review of this shop, however I came to my attention iv had a missing part (entire top portion to my intake) since visiting this shop. The manager apologised and and reassured me he had the part and was going to hand it over to another mechanic who is replacing my tranny. Its human to make mistakes.
