Excellent experience at Gearhead Auto, brought my BMW for an oil change and brake fluid flush. Mike was professional and answered all questions. They used high quality oil/filter as requested, and everything was done properly.
I brought in my Honda CRV to have the timing chain replaced, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The service was incredibly quick, and the price was the best out of all the quotes I received. It’s not easy to find quality work at a fair price, but Gear Head Auto delivered on both. I typically do my own car work but needed some big repairs and decided to go to Gear Head after some recommendations from friends. I was in need of some suspension and brake work. I am truly impressed with the work they did and their honesty! Highly recommend hitting this place up. I worked with Mike and he’s a very friendly cool guy. Mike and the guys at Gearhead are fantastic! (And he DID NOT bribe me to tell you that!) For real though… I initially chose them because of their great reviews so this was my first time in the shop. I definitely made the right choice. They were straight forward and clear about my situation. They were very professional and very friendly. I was very happy with the service. A great Ypsi business!
Mike and the guys at Gearhead helped me out in a real bind. I live on the other side of the state and was here in Ypsilanti for an event. My car started making some 'expensive noises' on the way over. They were able to get me in same day and diagnosed. They worked with me in my limited time frame to figure out a plan of action. I just wish I had these guys back home.
