This individual deceived me during the sale of a car. He assured me that the DMV would send the title directly to me in the mail. We completed all the necessary paperwork, and he made it appear completely legitimate. However, it’s been months, and I still haven’t received the title. I’ve tried reaching out to him multiple times, but he just ignores my messages. Now, I'm left in a difficult position with a car that I technically don’t own on paper, and I'm starting to believe he may have never had the title to begin with.
I purchased a vehicle for my son from them in October. They said they would fix an issue with the TPMs system, they never did. After 3 months I checked with DMV to find out why plates were not issued. They said no record of car in their system. Went back to dealer and they said DMV backed up. Buyer beware. Do not purchase any vehicles from him or his father. Claims to have titles to vehicle and will do all the necessary paperwork. My case was he needed my 17 year old daughter vehicle that we bought from him to get the vin checked to get a duplicate title because it was “lost” had her car for over a month then I got fed up and did my own research. This jerk took $5,000 from my disabled son in January and then proceeded to tell us why we couldn’t have the car we bought for 4 months. We are pressing charges.
The car I got should have never been tagged I was illegal for the to tag it no inspection I now have to send more money to have the car inspection and more I'd never in life would buy from them again!!!!!!!!!
