I never believed or found physical therapy to work for me until I found AJ. His personalized treatment plan and dedication to my recovery helped me gain a more pain free lifestyle to get me back to enjoying the activities I love. I highly and most likely only recommend him.
Excellent service, would recommend to family and friends, not only did I receive excellent care for the reason I signed up, but then worked on some leg exercises and additional knee injury that came up. The app they support you with makes it easy to put effort in daily.

After an intense surgery to repair my fully torn labrum, I thought things like full range of motion and returning to my sport would be impossible.
