AJ helped me post full knee replacement. He is knowledgeable and develops a personalized program that helped me get back to my favorite sports: skiing and snowboarding! Highly recommend GEAR UP
Highly recommend AJ and Gear Up physical therapy!! I went through Pt for hip pain and have gotten SO much more out of it than that! AJ has a great personal approach and I’ve continued wellness training with him after my PT was finished to I can continue to see improvements and he can make sure I’m still sticking with my plan!
It was such a pleasure to work with AJ. After having pain in my right knee and hip that were really keeping me from working out to my full potential, and preventing me from getting ready for my first Spartan race, AJ was great to work with and he got me back up and running (literally). Besides that, he was always extremely helpful with any and all other issues I had along the way during my program. I would 100% recommend working with Gear Up!
I had a great experience working with AJ! Highly recommended for anyone looking for physical therapy. AJ is super knowledgeable and will really work with you to fix the issue. You have to be willing to consistently do the given exercises, but if you can then there's no one better in the area.
Great experience with Dr AJ. I had been struggling with hip pain from running for months and he was able to help me to run again pain free :). He was flexible with what I needed each week and taught me things that I still use today to prevent injury. 10/10 would recommended Gear up Physical therapy!
