Came here for help running without pain and a shoulder issue. Loved the care I received and the exercises given. During my program I addressed having difficulty getting the exercises into my day and Dr. Moyer was great at working with me to adjust my exercise schedule. It made the difference in my success to workout pain free and ability to stay on track for sure! I also love the app and ability to access the exercises anytime.

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. AJ and Gear Up PT. A combination of dislocations and congenital abnormalities had left me feeling like I’d just have to accept the reduced ability of my shoulder. However, after the first couple sessions at Gear Up, I was already seeing progress that I didn’t think was possible. By the end of my program, I’m left feeling like the sky is the limit.
GearUp really helped me with my torn rotator cuff. James was terrific in giving me personalized attention each week and creating customized exercises that worked just for me. He got me back to working out at the gym with less pain.
