I found Gear Up through my gym and started seeing James after an injury to my hamstring/glute that was causing me a lot of pain, interfering with my workouts, and not improving. This was my first experience with PT and it was awesome. James is so knowledgeable and the care was very personalized. They make doing home exercise assignments so easy with their app and videos. Reached out to Gear Up PT when a rare blood/skin disease affected my ability to keep up with normal exercises. Was not sure PT would help, but Dr. James took on the challenge. He is so good at listening to whatever constantly changing issue I had, but always kept a focused and challenging routine for me to do at home. AJ and Gear Up Physical Therapy have been so helpful! I hit a plateau with rock climbing and old injuries were causing constant problems. My new protocol have improved climbing, sleep and recovery.
