Completely impressed with the progress I made with the knowledge and guidance from Gear Up. It very much felt like a 2-way street. Highly recommended! AJ was a huge part of my recovery while recovering from a major running injury that had me on the couch for over 6 months. I had a stress fracture and strained plantar plate, and was hardly able to get out of bed without pain in the morning. He is knowledgable, professional, and overall a fun person to talk to. After my time in a walking boot, working with him at Gear Up is one of the main reasons my racing season is saved. Back on track and running strong again!
I was very skeptical of PT but Dr. AJ completely changed my mind. He was very attentive and showed me how to do each excercise and wouldn't let me leave until I was confindent I could do them at home. I started seeing Dr. AJ for shin splints, and then plantar faciitis showed up and he helped me through it all and I have been injury free since. I now have the tools to continue getting stronger and continuing my runs pain free! Thank you Dr. AJ!
The guys at Gear Up have been incredible at listening to the symptoms and designing a program that is very individualized and comprehensive! Definitely recommend
They helped me tremendously. After 2 knee replacements, including one that completely realigned my leg and changed my gait, impacted my range of motion and lifting AJ and his team helped me work through it and I’m better now than I was before!
