Dr James is amazing!! I came to see him with knee pain and with all the stretches and exercises he helped me complete my first half tri athon and ultra trek!! I would definitely recommend Gear Up to anyone that needs physical therapy !! They are the best!!

I went in to see Dr. AJ and he gave me exercises and stretches to do that would help with my hip and ankle mobility. His instructions were easy to follow and I’m seeing a huge difference. The coaches at my gym have complimented me on the improvement in my performance and I owe it all to what I’ve learned from Gear up. I can’t say enough good things about Gear Up Physical Therapy and Wellness and the PT I received for my chronic back pain. From my very first session, James was very attentive, knowledgeable and truly invested in my recovery. He took time to understand my specific issues and crafted a personalized plan that focused on me strengthening my core, which is something that is crucial to relieving my back pain. I highly recommend Gear Up and investing in your well-being.
Dr AJ is awesome to work with! I came in and did his golf program. I'm in my 30's and felt like I lost a little mobility. His program through one on one sessions and weekly exercise regimen he came up with helped me gain that mobility back and add strength into my golf swing. I look forward to continuing to work with Dr. AJ and improving with his guidance! Highly recommend!
