I feel obliged to leave this review after annoying Sammy with my last minute needs for almost 10 years now LOL. He is the absolute best, I have zero complaints. It’s so nice to have a mechanic for my mom and I that we can trust. Especially coming from a mechanic before that “changed my oil” and never did. Sammy would never pull any of that. Love love love!!! Excellent service, prices. Had to take my car to gear one to replace the water pump before the engine died. Took a few days longer than originally expected. But after seeing what this job entailed, was very satisfied.
Complete Joke! They lost a customer for GOOD! This shop is a disaster waiting to happen. The problem may be the owner not being present as should be. The mechanics are completely unprofessional, not customer service reliable at all. Everyone seems completely lost. Wife's Lexus was in for a oil change a year ago (June 2023). After getting her vehicle back. Few days later she's complaining of a burner smell. We check the car, pop the hood and the oil cap was still sitting on the engine not replaced properly.
