After placing an online order here and realizing a mistake I made, I quickly called to see what could be done. I was absolutely blown away by the friendliness, helpfulness, and sincerity of the woman I spoke with on the phone! She was able to fix my mistake, and even went above and beyond to make things right. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! The items I ordered arrived promptly, and everything was packaged nicely. A perfect experience!

Outstanding customer service. I visited following my airline losing my luggage, and needed some somewhat rugged shoes as a matter of urgency. The staff member was supremely helpful, understood my requirements and reserved the shoes in my size at the 2nd branch to the south. Nothing in this shop is cheap, but it is very highly quality and there is a good range. Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Stopped in to set my daughter up with some starter outdoor gear, and the salesperson had several suggestions, all focused on what her particular needs were. We were presented with several options for each item, and were pleasantly surprised when we were not automatically steered to the most expensive option. All of the items served their purpose well, and will do so for years to come. Will happily return in the future for any outdoor needs.
