FRANK is wonderful..my Osprey backpack, chest strap broke, got the part from Osprey and needed help putting it on..Frank was very kind, patient and determined..he got it donefor me. So grateful for good service employees..thank you..:)
I wish I had caught the gentleman’s name who assisted me the is morning - but he was absolutely wonderful! The place is well stocked and the employee asked numerous helpful questions to get me to the correct products - in relation to our tent. I was very appreciative of the help and will absolutely be returning for future purchases.
Best place for outdoor sport and camping gear. Every time Im in there, they have the friendliest and most helpful staff.
