My company leases sleeper trucks to various owner operators across Georgia who run their trucks all over the US. Inevitably there will be times when payments aren't made and we have exhausted all options at getting the customer current and must resort to repo'ing the vehicle. I took my tractor in for an insurance job because it was invoked in an accident. Worst experience ever! They marked up everything 20%. The repairs were not done properly. Less than a week later I took the tractor in for an oil change to another mechanic and he found several things done wrong where there could have been catastrophic and expensive damages. I would never go back to Gear Diesel or recommend anyone to them ever again.

I had a belt come off my truck and I called these guys. They told me they could change the belt for 250. I get there and the lady said the belt was in Atlanta. They were going to charge an extra almost 200 to get the belt but I had to wait because they were out towing. I waited 2 hrs and decided to get an Uber to get the belt. I get back and the belt ordered was wrong because the lady isn't really the one that should be calling for parts. The mechanic should be.
