I ordered a pioneer sm11 and it was sent with a missing crossfader tab and after the first use the microphone switch had broken. I returned the item as directed by GCD but somehow upon the return, they got the label wrong and UPS notified me that my item was delivered but I never received it. RecommendedI had an outbreak of genital herpes and I don’t currently have insurance. Ordered a speaker from them and received an email saying it had shipped. A few days later I received a notice saying the shipping status had changed and they didn't have the product I ordered but would continue looking for it. After placing my order my card was instantly charged, even though ALL other companies do not charge until the order has shipped. I placed my order on November 18, and was charged within minutes. The next day the order was updated to "awaiting shipment". It still says awaiting shipment, as of December 7. I e-mailed multiple times, and never got any response.
