I had a terrible experience with renting DJ equipment from Gear Club Direct and would not recommend them to anyone. The equipment was inexcusably late, the company was unprepared to fulfill the order on-time despite repeated confirmation, and the customer service was neglectful to say the least. I ORDERED A SUB A MIXING BOARD AND CASE AT THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER 2009 ITS NOW THE FIRST WEEK IN MARCH I HAVE BEEN LIED TOO (x Infinity) RECEIVED WRONG CRAPPIE RETURNED CASES THE BOARD ONLY TOOK A MONTH TOOK 3 MONTHS TO GET RIGHT NEW CASE AND STILL NO SUB WOOFER 4 MONTHS LATER... NO RETURNED CALLS ALWAYS GONE WHEN CALLED ALWAYS CHASING PEOPLE TO GET ANSWERS ..

I have literally had the worst customer experience EVER in my life with this company "GEAR CLUB DIRECT"! No return phone calls, no follow through, placed on hold for well past 10 minutes followed by being hung up on and on more than one occasions, getting orders mixed up, not keeping track of anything in their system, selling damaged products with a crappy 7 day only return policy plus a whole lot more that time won't allow me to relate. On December 29th I placed an order expecting that the order would not process until after the Holiday. The 29th was a Friday​ and the following Monday was New Years Day, so I'm thinking realistically the credit card order would go through immediately and they will fill the order on Tuesday when they are all back at work. Tuesday evening I checked to see if the order status had changed and it still said "awaiting payment".
