I contacted Gealy's to inspect an airflow issue with my ducted air conditioning and provide a quotation to rectify the problem. The technician identified the likely cause and the quotation itself was detailed. Unfortunately, my experience with the pricing left me disappointed. I understood there would be a call-out fee and an hourly rate, but I was not informed that travel time would also be charged within the hourly rate.
