Tech was late, couldn’t solve my issue, had to come back and no call to follow up on my issue like he said he would. I am planning on trashing my appliance and buying another brand. Im good on the call back! Not sure where are all the 5 star reviews are coming from?!?
Overall very unprofessional and disappointed to the point where I will not buy another GE appliance. Tech showed up diagnosed are issue said he would call the next day. He never called, did not order our parts, and went on vacation. Spoke to GE they didn’t know what to do and said I had to wait for the tech. It’s the next week no call, called GE they told me they ordered parts and when my next appointment was. All this time I have no working fridge.

We have used Expert Appliance for many years to service all of our appliances. PJ is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the products and common issues. After an initial phone discussion of the problem, he schedules an appointment promptly and arrives with the typical replacement parts for the issue. Today, PJ fixed the ice flapper on our GE Profile Artica refrigerator and did a quick cleaning service on our dryer. I highly recommend that you consider Expert Appliance for all of your service needs.
