I am trying to refinance, and Joe, Phil, and other staff are non-responsive. Their voice mailboxes are full so you can't even leave a message. I had another problem with them 2 years ago, when it took 6 months to change over my home owners insurance from a renters policy. They simply don't do their jobs. UPDATE: I still can't get in touch with them after a month of trying. Just got a notice from my insurance company in the mail that they lost their license. I'm happy.
Great service! Every time I have a question Joe Eden is available. We have our business insured through their agency as well as our homes and they are knowledgeable and helpful. Joe is a real professional in his field. Really happy with their service and the range of products they provide. All of the best companies are available through Joe and his team.

Was a customer for many years with my business accounts. Had a bad experience on a claim with no contact with anyone in their office to assist. Decided to move my policies. Transferred my policy July 16th, 2015, requested they cancel my policy and issue a refund on my paid premium. After several weeks of getting the run around, they finally responded to our request mid August. As of September 11th, I have still yet to receive my refund of over 10K. In no other industry would this be acceptable.
