Bought a new washer and dryer. Dryer work awesome. If only I had washed clothes too put it. Washer has never worked correctly and he won’t stand behind their product. It’s 3 weeks old!!!! Tried calling customer relations and found out that all I can get is a service call. Hope they like replacing the whole machine one price at a time!!Not good GE you can do better
Bought GE Washer and dryer from Leones, washer broke after 4 months, no help from Leons or GE, NEVER BUYING GE EVER...... GARBIGE PRODUCT WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...
I used to be a loyalty customer for GE products. However, the quality of the GE washer I bought during pandemic fully disappointed me. GE is out of my future purchasing list.
