I had a problem with a classic nippers that I purchased. I filled out the warranty form and had a new set on my porch within a week. I love the tools, but I really appreciate the fact that the company stands behind their products. Highly recommend!
High quality handmade tools.
GE classic nippers have used them over 25 years never had a problem . All ways tought they are the best you can buy. Disappointed with them this time as the blades do not met, now I will have to file the jaw so they can not a cheap tool to buy in Australia.
