This morning my mom was at this nursery to buy a memorial tree for a family member that recently passed away. When the owner went to haul the tree out to her SUV he, chewed her out and told her due to his shoulder surgery injuries that she needed to have a truck for any future purchases. He continued to argue with her over this matter. How disappointing when the desire was to purchase a beautiful memorial tree, how quickly the experience turned negative and argumentative. Disappointing experience overall.
