All the repair guy did was pull the 22 year old line and cut two inches off of it, reattach and charge $68.93 plus $99.95. I don't have a problem with the trip charge but to charge me $68.93 for taking two inches from my old line with his pocket knife seems a huge RIPOFF
Everyone hates the 4 hour window to begin with. That being said, my appointment was scheduled between 8-12. At 11:50 I called GE and they told me my appointment was now between 1:30 and 3:50. I waited all day when I could have been working. My washer is already been broken for over a week. The next appointment would not be for a few more days. NO ONE CALLED ME TO SAY THEY WOULD BE LATE. This is unacceptable. Thankfully, my home warranty found a more reliable contractor.
Easy to use and parts came soon, exactly what I ordered and needed.
I just got off the phone with GE and because I used water in my oven it is not covered by their warranty. It stained the inside of the cavity and starts smoking and smelling everytime you us it..... So I should of used steel wool on it instead of water.... Makes sense to me..... What a pile of junk!!! But they will sell me another one..... (O please could I)
