Extremely disappointed. Will be contacting BBB and Troy/Maryville Chamber of Commerce. Spoke with owner about bringing parts in. He explained he looses mark up when this happens. Advised I would be happy to pay Mark up so he doesn't loose money. Explained I understand he has to pay his guys and make a living. Told him I was happy to pay what ever he charges so he can make what he needs to make.
