Literally left 4 buckets of paint on a playground overnight and was confused when kids came and spilled his paint. Very over-confident in how he will present to you but then unable to make sense of his own mistakes in construction or how to run and business and will leave you high and dry. I know a whole crew of his that quit due to poor project management.
