I’ve had my car diagnosed here over the computer for free and the Shop owner gave me a fair price, while also explaining everything that I didn’t understand. Very reliable family business!
My 84 year old mom had her car towed to GDL Auto shop after speaking to Jesse, to get an estimate for her 2008 Honda Civic that would not start. He told her that there would not be a charge to diagnose the problem with her car but neglected to tell my mom that he couldn't use the diagnostic machine to find out the problem without going into the engine. He said that she needed a new fuel pump and it would cost $600. My mom couldn't afford it, so she didn't want him to do the work. So he told her that she would have to pay $75... read more
