Be aware when you follow directions on Google maps! It automatically directs you to a location downtown which is totally wrong. Needs to be updated and you need to manually type in 1770 Taylor. Photo attached is how the actual building looks, definitely not in downtown portage/main street area.
I had a great experience with Dr. Gdhi. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain my situation. He answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed, and was very accommodating throughout the appointment. I really appreciate his attentive care and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

My experience from my “sudden awareness” cataracts to my emergency visit to the eye clinic and referral to Dr. Gdih, to surgery 3 weeks later, to my last follow-up appointment was amazing. Getting my new eyes was a treat (surgery was less traumatic than a visit to the dentist) and no more glasses! You get the sense Dr. Gdih really enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Dr Gdih and his team to look after your cataract surgery requirements. Very quick and painless with a positive outcome. It’s good to know we do not have to travel outside of Manitoba to seek such a facility,,
