Drivers beware 4 hours to load a simple truck . After loading was complete worker tried to have me leave without a seal which lead me to believe when I get to the delivery it would get rejected because of no seal and lead to a claim for missing weight all lead by the shipper . Fraud.

This place is absolutely terrible, avoid if you can. Appointment time 1400, finally getting into a dock at 1715. Tight place and crap everywhere.

Receiving open at 7:30am. I arrived at 5 and until 8 there was only 1 truck. Park on the street and walk to the office and they will call you when a dock is available. I was unloaded at 8:30 and by then there was big line up to the end of the street. No parking if you plan to stay after delivery. I am assuming big wait if you come later in the morning. But people are nice.

If I can give this place no stars I would. Got here before my appointment by 30 min. Broker told me once here ask for a specific person. I did that. Woman at the front stated he has nothing to do with the loads. So I’m like ok. I give her my paperwork. Tell me a I need a number. I call the broker he states there no number needed. Make me wait from 8am to 1230pm. Still no door. Finally get a door magically without the numbers and the place is so tight I can’t even move my truck around. Had to reverse out and explain my truck ... read more
