Workers are nice but place sucks , don’t trust the broker if they say it is FCFS , this place is with appointments only , u better b a good driver to back up to the docks behind the building , avoid load if possible
Loaded wrong shipment and then took total of 5 hrs to get done
Worst delivery experience I’ve had. We were told the location was first-come, first-served, but upon arrival they claimed we had a 9:00 AM appointment. To make matters worse, the check-in door didn’t even open until 9:20. There’s no respect for drivers’ time—very unprofessional overall.
Avoid this company minimum 4 hours waiting to get door Receiving office lady 🤬🤬
