This people are very unprofessional they promised one kind of balloon and they bring whatever they want and the owner don't answer back. I ordered a purple and pink balloon for my daughter's bday she was so excited for and they brought a yellow and red. When I saw them setting it up and told them I was told "this is all we had" I was pretty much told you either take it or leave it. I don't recommend this place for your events unless you want to get stuck with something you didn't ask for on the day of.
Great service . They let you know in advance if they can take ballon Friday afternoon . If not on the day of the event. I asked why they do fridays afternoon and they kindly said because they want every balloon to be delivered on time for the day of the event. Which I did get my balloon Saturday morning before 12:00pm how they mention . I Have rented several types of balloons and I really recommend especially the waterslide.
