*UPDATE* We were supposed to have a window installed in our basement back in December and things kept “coming up” and with A LOT of trust over and over again and trying to be patient and show compassion and we have paid $1300 (50% of the total cost of the job) and now he’s ghosting us. I would not recommend. Dave really made sure that my fiancé and I were heard and got what we wanted! He’s approachable, flexible and really knowledgeable! We can’t wait to use him again for our future bathroom (s)!
This review is a bit overdue. This man has not done work for us, but I do need you to know he has stolen from us. In every sense of the way. He wrote us a quote and asked for half down, which was 500 dollars. He then said he needed 200 more a day later, which we gave him. Came out to give an estimate, made us pay to reserve an appointment. I have texts of him telling me it's refundable. Then, despite saying we would have am estimate the next day, dragged it out for weeks. Always has an excuse for not sending it. Finally seemed like he would refund our money, but now won't respond to me. Look elsewhere for your construction needs.
Fast response with professional work ethic. Fair prices on multiple projects. We've been using Dave for years and will continue for all future projects.
