This service was horrible once Storage HQ took over the location on Wright Ave. I was NEVER on automatic payments, but the first due date after they took over, my payment was drafted. I never signed up for that. I saved my payment info for easier processing and I guess they felt they could just put me on auto pay without my permission. I had an emergency and needed to access my unit, but somehow my gate access code just randomly stopped working. Safe location and affordable
I have been doing business with GCW for 3 years have no problems. The staff have been awesome to work with.
I got online, then called and Andrea helped walk me through all the things needed to complete the rental. She was extremely helpful! I have looked at the facility and it is very clean, good location and reasonably priced. I'm looking forward to getting all my worthless(I mean priceless) stuff stored until I can let go of my VHS tapes of the Beverly Hillbillies and my books on how the computers were all going to crash on Y2K. 🤣 I really appreciated Andrea's patience and help!
