The actual colonoscopy was the best part of my experience. The rest has been a disaster. The office took weeks to get me scheduled for an appointment - not to have the appointment, but to get it scheduled. They called me 6 calendar days prior to the procedure to tell me I had to have an EKG. They knew that for months and waited until the last minute to tell me, leaving me and my doctor scrambling to fulfill their requirements in time for the procedure. The front desk staff member Luz was incredibly rude to me when I checked in. I was cooperating with her request to send a government ID via email since I forgot mine. She yelled at me from across the office and said it was locked and she couldn’t print it and that I would have to reschedule. I explained to her that I had never had these issues at any civilian practice and would be happy to call Tricare to get my benefits number. She again said I would have to reschedule. Was seen by Michelle Sealock PA, overall had great experience. She was professional, very pleasant, answered all my questions, explained my lab results and changed my medication after discussion of my health condition. Most of all I did not felt rushed through my appointment which is very rare to find these days.
I have been under the care of Dr. Blosser and Pamela Stenborg for over 10 years. Every encounter I have had with them and their office has been professional and personal. Most recently Pamela and Stefanie, one of their talented MA Care Managers, supported work with my insurance company to get a treatment covered. They provided them with the necessary documentation and my personal care plan and history that supported the clinical necessity of the treatment they were prescribing. I really liked Dr. Sabahi when I saw him. He was very helpful and wanted to treat the cause of my issues rather than my symptoms. They also have some really amazing PAs like Hien Dinh and Michelle. My mother has also seen Dr. Blosser and Hien. In spite of an issue where they Mom wasn't able to finish the colonoscopy prep, they still did the procedure because they suspected something was wrong.
