Spoke to Jayden and assured problem will be resolved. Note & Update: The reason for being terse and not rude was due to unfulfilled promises and lack of after-sales service, wanting to charge for failure of equipment less than half a year after installation, and taking no responsibility for selling the product. However, a new owner has taken over, and the terse conversation was with Jayden's business partner and not Jayden, who wrote the response.
Fantastic service! From initial enquiry the boys were top tier. They were out within a day to assess my home and provide a quote, and they had me booked in for install a week later. Trades were polite and tidy. They came back a few times to make some minor adjustments and just have that good old-school customer ethic. If your getting CCTV, reach out these guys! The price and service is spot on!

Fantastic service from start to finish! The team was professional, the cameras are high-quality with clear footage, and the installation was seamless. The mobile app is easy to use for my 5 cameras at bridal salon and their support is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone on the Gold Coast and Brisbane area.
