I bought tires here a few months ago and had a slow leak from road debris in one of them...I stopped in the day I was travelling to the airport and told them about the issue...they quickly helped me, plugged the tire, and had me on my way. Super courteous, attentive, and helpful. I would recommend them over the other competitors in Craig as I never got this level of service from many of them.
I had appointment at 9 am. It’s 11:02 still not done with my truck. Horrible customer service.

I was pretty bummed when I came in for my 10:00 appointment for them to tell me they weren't ready for me and could I come back hours later. No one had called me and I had driven from another town an hour ish away. I waited around in town and at 11:00 I got a call asking if I could come in now or I would need to wait until noon. Their next appointment was at noon and they didn't want to push back that appointment even though they had pushed mine back without notification.
