Customer service needs some retraining pronto
When a tire place refuses to air up tires unless you purchased new tires from them? Warning lights go off in your head.
Tried booking trailer alignment in the Fontana facility but there was none available. Called up this place and surprisingly was able to book a same day appointment by phone. Blind side backing and disconnected the trailer. Told them it was pulling to the right and tires were not wearing out evenly. I was advised tires were shot but alignment can be done nonetheless.
