I scheduled an appointment with Mike at GCR Tire in Pflugerville Texas to have a Ford 12ft box truck alignment done. I made it crystal clear what year, make, model, type and size of truck we had. He said it would be no problem except his alignment tech was not in that day. I scheduled the appointment for the next day 7:00-8:00 AM. I called at 7:00 AM to confirm my appointment.
