I called for mobile service after a blowout. GCR responded right away and was out to replace my tire roadside within about 30 minutes of my call. The new Firestone tire (11r 22.5) and roadside service together were very reasonably priced. I was back on the road within an hour of my call to them; and very impressed with the company and their service.
Called a discussed an alignment issue on my semi which they said they could. Went and dropped it off and basically told me they couldn't do it being my trailer would block their computer station in the bay. Why provide services if you cant do it and make someone drive all the way there just to be turned away. Why i give 1 star
