Called for a road call on Saturday morning 6/29/2024 to replace a tire on my semi trailer and 1) they wanted to put a 1800 hold on my credit card and 2) they couldn't even tell me how much the road call was going to be. No thanks. I called tire thread in Fredericksburg and got told a price over the phone before they came out. Don't fall for this scam. Even my shop at home said not to do it so I didnt.

Got charged $1500 for one trailer tire change on road....
There is a Full-Time Manager at this location now. He was very efficient and professional, he gave me the options available and assisted me in makin the best decision for my circumstances. The tire technician was fast and very nice. These guys really know their s*#<. I would recommend this comany and location to everyone needing tires.
