Thank you Deana and Ryan Legendary levels of customer service! I am clueless car owner having an issues finding a replacement tire for my vehicle. Deana spent 10 minutes of her morning going over all my options. Provided me phone numbers and patiently and professionally guided me through the process of fixing my problem. Although at this moment Kal is not the right fit for what I need. I can definitely say that I would be coming back here when I need to get my new set of tires. Thank you!
