I have rarely seen a level of customer service and professionalism as seen in my dealing with Kal Tire. I had called to ask about having a tire repaired, and was told they would be available all day. When I got there, they had already opened a work order in expectation of my arrival. My vehicle was already in the queue, and within 10 minutes a technician put a protective cover on the seat, and began working on the faulty tire. I dropped by because I heard a clunking which I thought might be the tire. My garage went out of business. They checked it and torqued it for me on site. Guys were fabulous. Will definitely return for tires and service going forward. You can also get a CAA discount!
Called here on Wednesday to get tires changed over from winter to summer very nice employee gave me appointment for 430 pm took car in was done fairly quickly and I will say it was a great experience friendly and fast job well done thank you for your great service.
