Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. Eventhough I rounded out one of my bolts myself, they didn't make a fuss and helped me get a new one. Would highly recommend.
I took them 4 winter wheels a friend gave me that I knew were smaller. When I brought them they tried to put them on and it didn't work because the rim centers were wider than the car hubs and they took the time to show me and explain the possibilities. Then they presented the option of ordering hub rings which they did and allowed me to leave my tires there free of charge until they arrived 3 days later. Tried booking online as there were available appointments for Wednesday, and Thursday. Couldn’t get it to confirm. Called and waited on hold for over 10 minutes before someone told me oh the online system doesn’t work, and we have no availability until Friday . What a joke ! Very unprofessional!
They were great, good service and great experience
I do not recommend this place for buying tires. I know someone who paid over $1000 for rrally nice tires, prepaid for installation too. Kal Tire said they would not put them on, nor would they refund any of the $$ for the tires or the intallation, that is really unfair!! If you are not willing to put your own tires on Kal Tire, the very least you can do is refund the installation $$, shame on you!!
