I severely damaged a front tire on my VW GTI in mid-afternoon in Kentville last Saturday, and I had to drive back to Massachusetts the next day. Almost all of the tire shops in Nova Scotia had closed for the weekend by then. Kal Tire in New Minas was still open, but they didn't have the tire I needed. Kal Tire saved the day when we had a leaky tire over the weekend. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even had popsicles for our kids while we waited. Highly recommend!
The place to go for those looking to be over charged and scammed only to have a half donkey job.
Had the most amazing experience here. We came in 10 minutes before close on the Friday of a long weekend, with basically a flat tire. We had been driving around with no luck since everything was closed. We came here in a panic not knowing if it would be open. They fixed the car and checked it multiple times. We received FANTASTIC service. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you again - you all are fantastic!
