Great experience at Kal Tire, thanks to Paige. I went in for a tire change and an issue was discovered with the tires I brought. Paige and the team were very helpful and professional, ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive until a proper repair could be completed. Excellent service and care, special thanks to Paige for her outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.
Offered to take to/recommended a local shop to fix my rim. 2 weeks later it still wasn’t fixed. After having to take my rim to another shop, it was done the same day. Wouldn’t trust their recommendations.

Got a flat, was able to get it to CT but they were too busy to help. (Where we originally bought the tires and rims) Called Kal Tire and they were busy too, but they helped! Paul was quick to address the issue and get us back on the road quickly. The quality of customer service this place offers is fantastic. That alone will see me back for my next set of tires. Thanks again!
Booked a tire change right before the first snow storm 2025. Got there with new winter tires 265/70/R17 for my 2017 Dodge Ram 1,500 5.7 Hemi. They refused to put my new winter tires on because they were P rated?! I was confused because I NEVER heard of this before so after them offering $400 plus each per tire they sold in store I went home. My wife called her dad, we called Dodge themself in Falmouth and Kentville then never once heard of those tires being an issue on a truck my size that doesn't haul anything. Anyways, my ... read more
