We had an after hours call out for a blocked drain which affected the only toilet in our house. All communications were warm and clear, and the issue was fixed that night. Really appreciated the professionalism and reassurance of the staff, which made a stressful situation manageable.

I rang Grant Chugg plumbing when I had an issue with a blocked sewer main on a Saturday afternoon, two of their staff arrived quite promptly and where able to fix everything that needed to be done. The whole experience was handled very quickly, professionally and with utmost courtesy. Would highly recommend.
Started out good but, communication after arrival was left by the wayside. The team were going to leave without finishing repairs. Communication between my wife and plumbers were vague, rude and short. Yes, you were fast to respond but I still don't know the extent of water damage and am awaiting a report from plumbers to obtain a rebate from taswater.
Polite Staff, very efficient . No mess . Pleasure to have them do the work .
