I had already stopped going to this salon for this reason, but on my birthday, after receiving their email, I decided to give them another chance with the stylist I like. It happened again: my appointment was at 3:30 pm and only at 12:40 pm they told me it was “fully booked,” even after I spoke to the stylist and left unanswered messages. If they require 24h notice from clients, they should show the same respect!

I absolutely love this salon… it’s truly the best on the coast! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Rafaela for cut and balayage, Ana for a cut, and Amanda for a scalp treatment. Each of them is incredibly talented and professional. I couldn’t recommend them more, amazing team and fantastic results every time!
I love this place. The staff is friendly and super professional. I highly recommend it.
