My nephew bought this Dell computer from Heartland America refurbished unit that well when turned on says hard drive not detected and needs to be reseated. Great well unless one is a tech one needs to removed the back cover and do it yourself. Not what was expected. So one calls the GCM INC teck line which is not toll free and one gets an auto phone message. Can't talk to a real person but the girl sounds very nice on a voice message.
