They are always very welcoming, respectful, outgoing and caring. Sometimes there is a wait but it is always worth it. And they always have the best package deals
Terrible service either over the phone or messaging system for support. All the five star reviews must be bots. It's really the only option we have for internet up here unless you want a much lower speed (might be worth it though if you want actual support and good service). Internet may drop daily with no explanation, even on good weather days. When I first pulled up I was in dread and fear having to stand for over an hour inside of Wasilla AT&T store waiting to be helped. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the GCI store to set up home internet, when we were created by smiling faces and a kind and helpful person. Not some agrivated corporate studge who does not want to be there. I don't recall receiving any notice that I need to upgrade my internet equipment again but my internet has been out for a couple days. Service instore for swapping the equipment was okay. I tried what should have been a basic install which lead to nothing working properly and waiting on tech support over the phone I had some trouble understanding who couldnt help me because they couldn't contact me for a 1 time code since I don't recall a PIN number I might have set years ago.
