Literally the absolute worst internet provider I have ever had to deal with! The internet on my phone even went out for an hour, with NO explanation. This company should be investigated. Sat on hold for 45 mins before someone FINALLY got on the line only to tell me "can you please call back in a half hour, we are still having issues" Seriously, find a better option, I'm pretty sure starlink or DSL would be a better option at this point!
One star is being way to generous, really wish I could give a negative rating tbh. This company is a complete joke Don't believe me? Check the reviews, not one "sorry about the shitty service you received" on ANY comment, they literally could care less
Don’t do it. For all the times internet goes down in the summer, you should only have to pay half price. And prices are ridiculous. Go to star link. Less problems and way better support.this gonna start being a log Apr162026 gone out three times and it’s only 0840
There’s usually some waiting here, and the sign-in process isn’t usually working well. The good news is when you get help, they are actually helpful, especially the manager. GCI is a pretty greedy company (similar to most companies operating in Alaska), but the store here operates fairly and has a good bit of latitude to fix your account (more than via the main phone).
