The representative wasn’t transparent about fees for particular services so my bill surprised me.
such a scam being the only wifi available in this state and upcharging you. wifi isn’t any more superior and you don’t get your bang for your buck. horrible company, good riddens Alaska.
My spouse was a new customer and they messed everything up! Somehow typed all of our information wrong into the computer so never got a setup email and spent at least 4+ hours trying to get our Internet setup. What a horrible day!
