One Star for this employee name Alex at Muldoon and not all the GCI employees. So rude and disrespectful, disgusting behavior and racist. Tarzan & Angie, both work at this location, and they both stole 164 dollars from me. I returned my home internet equipment and switched to a mobile only plan, but they still charged me 164 dollars a few days later. I went inside and asked about it and all they said was we can’t refund you. So I paid the entire month of July and got nothing for it. Thanks a lot GCI.

My experience with employee Brandi 106344 was disappointing. From the moment I entered the store, her attitude came across as unfriendly and very unprofessional. When I politely addressed my concerns about the interactions, she denied having an attitude, stated she would not apologize, and instead asked that I apologize for bringing it up. Not about the store or employees. The phone and internet services suck so badly. I’ve had to call customer service every 2 day !!!
