GCI did maintenance work out our street, promising an hour of possible connection issues. Our Internet has been out for 5 days. I tried calling this store during its open hours I get transferred to a cycle of customer service that has been outsourced outside of Alaska. They can't help. They transfer me to a technical unit. They promised a refund. This has happened once before, and the refund never comes through. No one can't help. I keep going through this cycle.
