GCI is the worst internet provider I've ever used, my internet goes out almost daily, last month I didn't have service for at least half the month. I spent half the day yesterday trying to get a refund submitted and was told it most likely won't be approved. If there was any other provider where I live I would switch, unfortunately that's not an option.
GCI no good
Your dog water WiFi would be my 13th reason if I wasn’t switching over to starlink! How the hell do you justify almost $200 a month for 1/2 Mbps!?
I've had a pretty terrible experience with them so far. Will let you know if it changes.
Super helpful, great customer support
