Service was okay but me as a customer when I tried to give feedback on how they can better obtain documents in order to help people that want the life line the guy was I don't want to say rude but just made me feel like I was kind of stupid or like I didn't know what I was talking about or like he didn't want to hear me

The employee I delt with didn't belive me when I explained my issue, the proceeded to watch youtube videos on full blast to try and fix it. Nothing worked she shrugged and said she couldn't help me. I went to the tikahtnu store and the super helpful lady with the tattoo sleve helped me and gave me a suggestion to and a phone number to reach out to. TLDR: just go to tikhatnu
